Open a QVW file in personal edition

Hi,

I created qvw file in my system with personal edition. Unfortunately, my system got problem so i format my OS and reinstalled OS and Qlikview tool. But now i'm not able to open the qvw file which i created previously. The qvw file is very important to me how can i open the particular file for temporarly.

I know we can open the file in full version only. But how to open the qvw file in temporarly.

Is it possible....

Plz anybody can help me......

Hi,
I don't think there's a way to open that file without a license. If using Personal Edition you have to build a new one...

Hi,

Every Personal Edition have 4 recoveries,you could use one of the recovery to open the Qlikview file. But file will open without any data, u may need to reaload the application after opeining.

You also lose the variables, and unless they are recreated on script, you need to recreate one-by-one.
