Performance in Qlikview with respect to expressions

Hi Everyone,

I am new to qlikview and I want to under few items related to performance of qlikview.

Here is some background of the problem:

1. I have been retrieving the data from 3 QVDs(using Concatenate) and storing it to a table.

2. And post this I have been using these values and using then in expression of qlikview charts/table boxes.

Here goes my question:

Can someone explain me, whether calculating expressions in the script editor is better/ calculating expressions directly on the qlikview is better with respect to performance.

It's always better performance to calculate in the script if you can.
