QlikView script

Hi Experts,

Can we use Qlikview script into the QlikSense ? I'm using QlikView desktop version 11.2.

Can anyone throw some light on this.

Thank you,

Kind regards,

Veeru.

The script itself can be transferred over, you might need to fix the file paths and stuff.

Yes, almost everything in the script can be reused. But by default the load and include statements use references to the library to connect with files and databases. If you convert your qlikview documents into qlik sense apps with Qlik Sense Desktop the statements will be converted to use the library.

Qlikview script is similar bit in Qliksnese you have to maintain the Folder Location, Connections paths and some changes into the front end also.

you can directly import the Qlikview document into the Qliksense it will automatically create load all the script in the Qlikview document....and it will create a copy for the same
