Qlikview Personal - cannot open qvw file downloaded from here

I am very new to Qlikview, can any one suggest me to make my qlikview compatible to read the qvw files created by other users.

U have to lease license, Some applications only opened in Personal Edition.

You must have qlikview license to open qvw files created by other users.
