Reload Button Is Grayed Out

Has anyone come accross this before:

Picked up an application for support - when opened the reload icon is grayed out. Thus not allowing me to reload.

All sorted - It was set in the document settings. The option to reload had been turned off.

Hello,

Are you opening the document from other source than you? If so, some security features may be disabled. Check Document Properties, Security tab.

Besides, if you are loading from a plugin or from the server, or any other way but opening the actual file, you won't be able to reload.
