I have downloaded the zip file for the SVG Maps, however, seem only to have the maps of different countries and a bunch of .js files that won't open. Is there anything else to download beforehand?
If you downloaded the zip from github (brianwmunz/svgReader-QV11 · GitHub), you should see a svgMap.qar. Just double click on it and it will install in the correct folder on your local desktop.
