SectionAccess help needed

Hi All,

Can anyone guide me on this?

I have tables as below in my QVW, SectionAccess is not working, showing all records instead of filter. Please let me know where I am doing wrong.

F3,

LOGINID,

F5

Tab2:

Section Access;
LOAD * INLINE [
ACCESS, USERID, LOGINID
