Security on Script Edits

Hello, currently my team and I are finished with a QVW we have created and trying to put security blocks on the different modules.  We would like for others, besides those on our team, to not be able to make edits or changes to the script.  Currently we went in to the Document settings>security and deslected edit script.  This has basically done what we wanted, by making the Edit Script button unclickable.  However, after setting a module password, we noticed that all someone needs to do to get in to the script would be to go in to Document Setting>security and select Edit Script, and a password doesn't get asked in order to prevent this.  My question is this:

If this is not the correct way to do set a password on the Script Edits, then what is?  If it is correct, how do we get it to prompt you for the module password in order to change the security measures made on the Document settings?  Thank you for all your help!

Have you tried File/ Create Hidden Script ?

Yes we looked in to this, but it isn't neccessarily what we are looking for.

Oh, I am guessing that you want people to still see the script, and not be able to edit it, not hide it all together

Correct, and then if we have to make any edits, we would require a password to go in and make any neccessary edits
