I don't know if you have access to the server.
but here is the services to restart, maybe you can ask the administrator to do it..
If you are your server administrator, restart the QlikView Server service on the appropriate machine.
If you are not your server administrator, contact your server administrator and ask them to restart the QlikView Server service on the appropriate machine.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to look at the server logs to see what's going wrong.
