Set Analysis

Trying to rap my head around set analysis, but can't seem to get the syntax right.

Attempting to build an expression, that gives me the 'transBASEPRICE' for the 'transBUYERTYPE' of 'ADULT.'

=Round(Avg({<transBUYERTYPE={ADULT}>}transBASEPRICE),'$#,###.') is what I have but no results seem to be produced. Do I have this backwards?

Round(Avg({<transBUYERTYPE={"ADULT"}>}transBASEPRICE),'$#,###')
