Specific Font Problem

Hi Experts,

I just finish a new qlikview problem that uses an specific Customer Font. It seems is not a problem when I access this document using QlikView application. However, when I publish it using QlikView Server and QlikView Access Point, I can't see the same font used on my project.

Anyone saw this behavior before ? Anyone know how can I fix it ?

Regards,

Marcio Alvarez

Is that font installed into all machines?

No, only on server. This font should be published via web.

Well, i dont see how to do this without installing the fonts.

The web browsers change the fonts when some font is not available

download it and try, you will see a lot of differences, one of the big difference is the visualization of the objects and fonts

The problem was solved with IE plugin, however I got another one.

It's seems the IE plug-in don't work with Web Extensions (like Google Map). It's look like I'm using QlikView Desktop with Web View option disable.

Marcio, mas facil en español no?

1) debes tener instalado en el servidor la extension que quieras utilizar

2) debes tener conexion a internet en el servidor, es decir fijarte que puedas conectarte desde el mismo a cualquier url externa

cualquier cosa avisame, suerte!
