how can make a trigger for clean a list box

I have two list boxes and I want to clean one  list box depending of the selection of other list box.

Did you look at the qvw file I have attached? It might be doing what you want it to do.

Trigger on _Custom Report:

Action is Select in Field, where Field is _Account only when _CustomerReport = 'Budget' and Search String is ''
