Trying to enable the QlikView and Salesforce Single Sign on using webtickets

And we are getting the error as

"12:07:10:000 USER_DEBUG Name Error: The domain name does not exist."

We need a bit more background information in order to help you. Where do you get this error message? Does it work normally for the user to log on?

Do you have any logfiles?
