Bar Chart Money showing

Hello all,

     Kindly look at the below bar chart

In the number tab the Thousand Symbol didn't work on Bar chart  ,,, But when I use Pie Chart it showing these symbols ,, What I can do to solve this on Bar chart without using Num Function ??
