Communication lost error in IE when doing sub 20 second .bat refreshes
Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help point me in the right direction here:
We have a Qlikview server which runs a .bat file refreshing a .qvd page every 20 seconds. This page displays management data from our ServiceDesk which we want to have as real-time as possible.
I've changed the .bat so it refreshes, say, every 5 seconds.. however I frequently get a 'communication lost' error box in the IE client and the page is closed.
Any ideas why this may be happening?
Also is there any way to have the Qlikview server refresh the page rather than using a .bat file? I can see some options to do this but it seems the lowest refresh we can set is 1 minute in the interface.. we need it every 5 seconds.
