ERROR Report

Good Morning,

I need help because I have an error loading in report in QlikView, this report carries a spreadsheet with all e-mails to be sent, in QEMC I choose the " Field containing recipient information": the e-mail field I created and on " Check user indentity" i choose EmailAddress.

When checking the log of the charging, the following informations appears (attached),
