Extraction task taking much time to refresh the data after migrating to 'OVM'

Hi All,

Our one of the extraction task taking much time to refresh after migrating VM to OVM .

Before migration the load task taking 43 min to refresh,After migrating to OVM the load take taking 8 hours,

Can you any one help me to find our the root cause
