How can I make indirect selections using macro?

I know it's possible to make indirect selections on a listbox or even inside set analysis.

For example, I have the names name and age.

I can make a selection on name considering people above 25 years.

How can I make it using macro? (I don't want to use triggers because it is supposed to go in the middle or a larger macro)
