IE hangs when accessing the document

Hi,

When a user is trying to open the document through the accesspoint, it gets hanged and with the message "is being opened" and
not happens and the document does not open at all. What could be done for this.

I have the exact same problem, I've searched for a solution but haven't found anything.

Please let me know if you solve it.
