Jobs Failing in QEMC

Very frequently few of our jobs are getting failed and the following information is logged in the publisher logs:

Exception=System.IO.IOException: The specified network name is no longer available.

   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
   at System.IO.FileStream.ReadCore(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count)
   at System.IO.FileStream.Read(Byte[] array, Int32 offset, Int32 count)
   at System.IO.StreamReader.ReadBuffer()
   at System.IO.StreamReader.get_EndOfStream()
   at QVBWrapper.Document.ReadDocumentLogThread(ILogBucket i_LogBucket, DateTime i_ReloadStartTime)
Error Aborting Reload. Error=QDSMain.TaskResult
Error Reload failed.

Document logs shows reload has got hanged abruptly but publisher logs shows Specified Network not available. We are currently using QV10 SR3
unable to find out the exact root cause of this issue? Is there any resolution to fix it permanently.

What type of storage are you using? SAN, NAS or DAS.

Have you recently done any upgrades in your environment?

We have the same type of problem and is using a NAS environment.
