Measuring suppliers performance

Hi,

I have to measure suppliers performance by comparing expected vs. actual delivery days.

The display requested is Min, Max, and Avg. deviations.

But I realized that there is a huge difference in the number of deliveries among the different suppliers (55).

How would you recommend dealing with such a factor?
