Pivot Table - Hide Labels, borders and all

Hoping this is an easy one.

I have the following pivot

I wish to hide the Dimension and Expression housing which is on the left.

Is there a way of doing this?

With a macro it might be done.

Else put transparency for the Grids or remove the grids (under Style)

This is the best I could do also, I shall see if anyone else comes up with some magic over the next day or two and go from there.
