We have upgraded to QV 11 (server and IE Plugin). Our users use to only have to click on the icon in the IE Plugin to open a document. Now they have to click on "view details" and the select "Internet Explorer Plugin". Our users can only open a document (no downloading etc). Is there a way in QV 11 IE Plugin for the user to only have to click on the icon to open the document?
In the QV11 Access Point, the default client for a user is set by clicking the "Favorites & Profile" link in the upper right corner, then the "Profile" tab and then set the defaul client in the dropdown.
