QVS high ram usage after restart

Anyone having an idea why after QVS restart the ram usage it high? Attached screen is from task manager. You can see where the server was restarted and how imidiatelly after this QVS grab some amount ot ram which is not released. Is QVS just reserve the ram for future use?

Do you have some documents set for pre-load?

Ahhh the coleaugue mark it for preload. I was uncheck it earlier today.
