Scrolling objects through mobile devices

I created a scrolling histogram. On the workstation, it works well, you can scroll the data with the mouse wheel.

But when I open the document in the browser of my phone or tablet, nothing happens. Although the straight table scrolls correctly.

What could be wrong, what decisions?
