Text File with No Delimiter

Hi,

Is there a function similar in Qlikview similar to "Text To Column" in Excel to format a text file with no delimiters?  Please see attached a sample of the Text File I am trying to format.

In the table file wizard, select "Fixed Record" as the file type. Then drag the bars to define the start and end column of the fields.
