Where is API guide html format

Hi all,

I've read from "QlikView Reference Manual" at 2.6 APIs that QlikView provides API and web service but... This guide only explains "Documentation is provided in html format."

I looked for this guide but I didn't find it. Where's this documentation in html format?

Thank you. May I download it either from download section or from other resources when a new version is released?

A file is missing in that zip...

Now I'd like to understand how to use this API: are they web services methods? How can I use this methods?

My first goal is: an external application has to consume web service to QlikView server.
