help me on aggr function with rangeavg please

Dear all

can any one tell me that what wrong in

aggr(RangeAvg(below(iActualRunDays,1,3)),sPartyName,sMacTypeName,sMacPositionName,sMacSubPositionName) it is returning null

why I cant understand
