Community Profile Missing

Hi since the migration my original profile appears to have gone missing so I have had to create a new account, this post was put up by me a longtime ago https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-Documents/Binary-Load-to-Create-QVD-s/ta-p/1497443

I reference this as it was a thread created by my account.  Anyone have any ideas how I can get my account back as I cannot reset the password as it has just vanished?!
