Error registering in a webinar

Hi,

 

I've received an email regarding a webinar, but everytimei try to register, it gives the error in the attached image.

Can anyone help me with that?

Sorry, I forgot the message was in Portuguese.

It says something like: It wasn't possible to complete your sollicitation. Try to logout and login again. If it doesn't solve the problem, report the question to client support.

Ok, thank you for the information. 

I think our Customer Support needs to get involved to check your Account. 

Can you please submit a ticket to them here

Make sure you mention which webinar you are trying to register for as well.
