Hi,

  I'm a member of Brasil user group and can´t create a discussion there.

 Looking into the member list I see most of members without a member role. I couldn´t  find my self in the member list because it has no search box for members and it´s not ordered alphabetically so I can check if I have a role or not already defined.  I think no one can post a discussion in the group.

We do seem to be having a problem with groups.  Even I can't publish to a group and I'm an admin (lol).
We will need to look into this closely, thank you for writing to us!    
(taking note of your request for search and alphabetize too)
