Not able to access QMC/HUB from external web browser

Hi everyone,

I installed Qike sense November 2018 on a multitude environment with 3 nodes

  • Central node.
  • Proxy1
  • Proxy2

On the server I can access to the QMC and the hub.

I want to have access using a customized URL: https://MyDomainName/qmc

  • I added MyDomainName to the white list in the virtual proxy of central node under the QMC.
  • I added also the IP address in the white list.
  • I cleared the cookies in the browser.
  • I allowed http in the proxy.

I get this error when I try to access using the link https://MyDomainName/qmc

This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 400

Could you please help me with this?
