@qlikwarg Thanks for reaching out. I am bringing in my colleagues to have a look at this.

Hello @qlikwarg ,

Do you mind sharing what the file extension/type and file size are?

Currently, there is some limitation to which file type and how large the attachment can be.

Hello Jin_Park, the file is a png-file with only 33KB (00005320_controlling-detail.png) and

the other file is a qvw that your support-colleagues wanted from me to give it into the case (00005320_Bsp_Zeilenverschiebung.qvw) with 80MB.
thanks for looking.

@qlikwarg

Thank you very much for the info.

The potential cause might be that the qvw file with 80MB is causing the error.

Currently, the file attachment's maximum size limit is 76MB.

We are aware that this is not enough and are working already to increase this limit.

In the meantime, a workaround would be to compress the file into zip and try attaching it once it is less than 76MB.

OR work with the case owner (Support Employee) for other ways they can securely receive your file.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. The team is working hard to fix and eliminate many of these types of issues as quickly as possible.

Best,

Jin

Hello Jin Park, I asked my customer for a new samplefile with less than 76MB.

Hello Jin Park,
the client was able to give me a smaller sample file, which I attached to the CASE.
