Hi All,
Did any one faced memory leak issue in QV 12 SR4 ? In make case QVS is consuming 20gb ram out of 32 gb and it wasn't the case when i was using QV 11 SR12.

Check few things.
1. Source Data increase
2. Data Model Changes
3. Application size increase
4. "Preload" option checked in QMC for applications.

It is preferable to restart the QV services for particular time intervals(Better to Monthly once).
I hope your QV server is individual with other software's(Oracle,Sql....etc.) else check those things also.

Initially i was using QV11 SR12 and just moved to Qv12 SR4. There no change in data model or application done.

I have tried restarting the services, but QVS reaches 20 gb with in a hour without opening any application.
I don't have any other software's installed on the server.
Then check the "Preload" Option under QMC for each document.
you said 1 hour at that time any QMC jobs are running ?
if yes stop those jobs manually and check the RAM after 2 mins.and start the jobs again manually.
still you are facing the same issue we need to think.
and we are still working in 11 so i am not sure in 12
Yes. i'm facing the same problem here after upgrade into QV12.
i have to restart my qlikview server service ten times a day.
i have report it to my distribution partner 2days a go, no solution until today. i also create this post Upgrade Qlikview 12 Memory always full 100%

I have checked from different sources and i believe QV 12 SR 4 is still unstable.
Hope it will be fixed with the upcoming releases.
Have you found any solutions from your side ?
