Is there any way to notify if a engine node doesn't response or fails.

When users complained about getting errors as attached, found that in QMC one node became offline but Windows services shows running. Which is common.

So how I can set a notification if such things happens. So that I can quickly jump in and restart the services on that specific node?

Is there any logs I can check to find out what caused it?

we are running Nprinting v21.14.07-May2021-SR03, which was installed in 2022 and that time LEF file with date 2022-12-31 on PRODUCTLEVEL line was used to activate product.

Last year our support contract ended so license expired 31-12-2023.

Now in May 2024 I downloaded Nprinting v23.20.1-May2023 and upgraded our server.
That version was released in 2023 so that time it was covered by active license and we should be able to use that version.

After upgrade web console is telling me "product expired".
I tried to generate/download with success LEF file. It has date 2023-12-31 on line beginning with string PRODUCTLEVEL. I'm not able to activate this upgraded server with this LEF file.
I think if I upgraded server in December 2023, it could work, but how to upgrade now, when LEF is expired?

I would like to upgrade to the highest version we have paid for when license was active, so I think v23.20.9-May2023-SR03 is the latest version we should be able to use.

Do you have any advice how to fix this "product expired" issue?

I need to extract some data from Z transactions on SAP, the user only have Qlik Cloud.

In the past I extract this data with Report Connector in QlikView, but in Qlik Cloud I have no idea that how can I do this.

  I have a requirement where I need to do a calculated dimension and use it as a dimension in qlikview bar chart. I use the below in expression tab and works fine. Not sure how to use it as a dimension,

if(rangesum( above( aggr(sum(Counts),Month),0,4) )<=1,'No count',if(rangesum( above( aggr(sum(Counts),Month),0,4) )>=61,'Normal count','Low count'))

My solution is to use this as a dimension and I calculate the count of employees under each category for a bar chart. I am using the above expression to calculate the rolling 3 months on employee level. Is it better to do it at a script level or chart level. 

For Qlik Compose for DW 2023.11.0.69 and SQL Server 2019 we have a full load task that runs couple of times a day. If this task is at 98% completion (1612/1633) and fails due to insufficient system memory or connectivity or any other server related issue, is there a way for Qlik Compose to recover or pick up where the load failed? Although not ideal, but if there's no way for Qlik Compose to recover is not possible, is a manual rerun of the failed and remaining ETL task statements an option?

I'm following this document about to install the Data Movement Gateway: Setting up the Data Movement gateway 

Before init install, I checked the prerequisites about SO, as like write on document, the version 9 of Red Hat is compatible, so I install the CentOS Stream 9:

When I runned the command:

QLIK_CUSTOMER_AGREEMENT_ACCEPT=yes rpm -ivh qlik-data-gateway-data-movement.rpm

I received the error bellow:

Above formula gives me average of Jan and Feb data.  (450+500+800)/3 = 583 (which is great).

However, can someone tell me how to modify above formula if I just want to see month of January Average?  It should be (450+500)/2= 475.  Thank you.

I am recently struggling with a map: I put PLZ on it as an area layer. I specify the plz as Location field as plz and put the name of the Land as 'Land'.

The resulting map does not show me a large part of Germany. As an example, let's take 48143 Münster. It is not shown at the map, while is present in the data.

When I am filtering the data though, it is appearing on the map.

Could you please help me to understand, why is it happening and how can I fix it? I have tried to create an unique combination of plz and land, but it gives the same result.

I'm having a pretty basic issue that I'd really love a bit more flexibility in the automl application. for one experiement, I use zip code as a feature which Qlik interprets as numeric. This is not correct so before I try to train the model i tell Qlik that the field is categorical. in another case qlik interprets percent of purchases made in-person as a  categorical field. this is also not correct so I respecify it into a numeric field. when I ask to run the experiment it tells me"AutoML could not convert PCT_IN_PERSON to numeric. Please start the experiment over or create a new experiment from the hub." How do I get around this? If I decide to not convert that field to numeric, and the experiment runs, I can't upload new data for the apply data and tell qlik to treat zip code as categorical. When I try to deploy the model with new data, there is no option to respecify the zip code field in the apply data set I upload, and the deployment fails. How do I get around this?
