Always one selected value in QV server 12 sr4

Hi,

I'm having a problem with "Always one selected value" option in QlikView server 12 SR4 (20300) - noticed via AJAX.

We have 2 fields, each field in it's own table and both tables are data islands (so no field conflict here). The problem is that the fields get cleared when using Clear selections actions (both through the native qvs button and through text boxes with clear all actions).

When opened in desktop, the Always one selected value option is still active.

Anyone has this problem? I never noticed it in previous versions.

We're using:

QVS 12.0.20300.0

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter (64 bit edition)

Problem noticed in AJAX (tested Chrome and IE)

We have the same problem in QV 12 SR5. Always one selected works in Desktop Client, also in Web view mode but not in Ajax. You can deselect and also select more than one value. In our case in one single listbox.

I deleted the list boxes and re-created them and never got this problem again - have you tried that?

thanks for your suggestion - I recreated the list boxes, but no success 😞
