Container Prevents Search Drill Down (Bug?)

The problem I have run into is that my listbox is in a container object.  When I try to filter other fields as shown below, the Plus/Minus signs refuse to function.  Is there a workaround or is Qlik aware of this?  I am running 11.2 SR7

also in SR6, also in web wiew; ask Qlik support

sometimes you can replace container with other object (chart/listbox with show conditional + button); unfortunately, this way takes more time for development

How do you ask Qlik Support directly?  I assumed they trolled these boards.

Thanks, I'll raise it to our internal COE as they should have the direct relationship with Qlik.
