Email authentication for hub and section access in Qlik Sense

Hi,

Can anyone help on how to set up email authentication for Qlik Sense? Our users currently access the hub using their Windows NTName. We want to change it to their email IDs. Appreciate any help in this.

Also, how to apply section access using  email ID?
