List box without any selection should select a value

I have a list box having 3 values

Team
0
1
2

this list box is in 30 sheets

if I select '1' the chart displays values with respect to '1'

if I select '2' the chart displays values with respect to '2'

if nothing is selected or '0' is selected then the chart should displays values of '0'.

please let me know the solution as soon as possible.

I tried using triggers but it was not working.
