Listbox Width/Height values don't work - QV 12.2 SR3

Listboxes cannot be resized using Width and Height values.

FYI, Just tried on 12.10 SR1, works fine.

Bug was introduced in QlikView November 2017 SR3. (12.20.3...) Previous versions including  QV12.2 SR2 do not have that problem.
