Lost connection to server during export

Hi all,

I am getting a lost connection to server.. reconnecting after 120 second when i want to export data into csv file.

i have tried to modifier the confie file.

1- C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\config.xml   by increase the <QvsTimeout>720</QvsTimeout>

2- C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewAjax\Web.config by adding <httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0" executionTimeout="720" />

3- all service IIS have the timeOut = 20 min

4- QVS->Documents-> Document Timout =12 Min

5-  QVS->Documents-> Performance (Screnshot bellow)

This issue appeared just after the Update of QlikView Server 11.20 SR13 to 11.20 SR16.

For your information : No firewall is installed in our machine

Someone can help me to resolve this issue please?
