Send to Excel and Print caption missing in web view of developer client

As you can see on this shots the captions are gone in web view:

Affected versions: 10.00.8935.7 SR2

Hi,

These seem to have gone in V11 Initial release as well from the testing I've done (which has been very brief), however, I'm using 10.00.9061.7 SR3 and it's ok for me.

Is there a proper bug reference for this?
