The communication with QlikView Server failed(ConnectionReset)!

Good day,

QlikView Server after upgrading from version 10 to the most current 11:20 of the server objects to some applications are not showing more , generating the error message attached.

A note , took the shared file in an attempt to discover if it is corrupted , only created an empty qvw with the same name as the shared file and in my environment the server objects showing .

To simulate my environment , I installed QlikView Server 11:20 on a virtual machine paste the .qvw files, .meta and .shared the same application and server objects do not appear.

Someone 's been through an experience of this ?

Could not do anything , because according to information from the Master, error happened after 11.20 SR4 version.

What did was more strange is in the customer environment did not work, and in my work environment.

We chose to recover the files and available on a tab.
