This error message occurs (screen dump below) while installing QlikView Offline service.exe. I am using the correct version and correct processor version too. Version - QV 11.2 SR 5, Processor - Intel Xeon E5640 @ 2.67 GHz.
Get the correct installer for your system. If your system has a 32-bit OS then use the 32-bit installer. And don't use the Win2012andUp installer if your system doesn't have Windows Server 2012 (or newer) as OS.
