I have a very acute and strange problem. Really greatful if anyone who had this aswell would take their time to giv me some assistance.
I run QlikView in Parallels. Host system is OS X 10.9.1, guest system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
Every now and then I am unable to click anything in the sheets of the application. Buttons such as Back, Forward, Clear, opening the editor, and so on is working as expected. No click in the actual sheet is working though.
If there is ANYONE who had this rather specific problem 😃 PLEASE tell me what you did, or think might be done.
It is totally ruining my QV-ing 😃
Alice
I would suggest this is most likely an issue within the Parallels virtualisation.
As such you would probably get a better response from a Parallels forum.
Best Regards, Bill
Hi Alice,
I had a similar problem with VMware Fusion on Mavericks, especially with Ctrl-Clicks which came out as Right-Click by default. I could solve it by chosing a different keyboard profile (Mac instead of Default) in the VM proprties. Maybe there is a similar option in Parallels.

You are probably right, but took it here since it is only in QV where the problem appears. But will take your advice on this.
Have that issue too. Have changed locales, keyboard layout and language, according to the most educated forum posts in the subject I have been able to find. No result though =/ But still possible to work. I would have loved it to be as it is supposed to be. Eg. I use mac-keyboard as I am used to and it gives me the same result in parallels-win as in osx. Hope to achieve this at some point 😃
Yeah, same keybord layout would be good. Sometime you have to use an additional "Fn" key to achieve the same.
