Y-Axis Selection in Bar Chart

Hi,

Will the bar chart allows us to select range of values in Y-Axis, like X-Axis bars selection.

Ex:  X-Axis Countries

       Y-Axis Sum of sales.

Normally We can select diffrent countries bars on the chart sequentially. But I want to know is there any way to select y-Axis values for  perticular range like 10M to 20M like wise.

You can choose your  numbers and highlight the are up to right end of the chart
