Adding expression on charts malfunctioning in QlikView

Hi experts,

Recently I've been dealing with some kind of problem when creating my charts in QlikView. The problem is when I try to add any expression the window of the expression don't show and my QlikView cannot be closed. I need to use the Task Manager to force QlikView to close.

Here is the window that gets me:

I've tried the following versions of QlikView:

• Qlikview Desktop 11.2 SR10 x64
• Qlikview Desktop 11.2 SR12 x64
• Qlikview Desktop 12 x64 (beta)

How can I solve my problem?
