Different range of resolution for different layout which is suitable for different monitor

Hi experts, 

we need to put different layout based on zoom level in geo analytic, but how could we  arrange the ranges which will be suitble for diffrent monitor with different resolution?

for example is there any function which give the monitor resolution?

or do you have any Idea on this matter?

There is no settings for the monitor resolution, the map tries calculate the current resolution to a best effort. To tailor an exact result probably requires a sheet custom made for a specific screen.
