GeoAnalytics Map object has only 'Empty <...>' Base Map option

Hello, dear Community,

We're running Qlik Sense Server, GeoAnalytics Server (Release February 2023) along with Enterprise Data Package.

Our server has no internet connection.

WebMap5 module successfully passing tests:

But when we're trying to use Bubble chart and GeoAnalytics Map object in QlikSense, we don't have an option for any other Base Maps but 'Empty <...>' :

How do we enable support for atleast Default (OSM) Base map for our GeoAnalytics Map object?
