Data Literacy Certification - Maximum number of attempts

Hi, everyone!

How many attempts are possible to take the Data literacy certification exam? Is there a waiting period after a failed attempt?

I am trying to retake the test and the following message is displayed: "You have reached the maximum number of attempts."

Can someone help me?

For the Data Literacy Certification Exam, you have a maximum of three attempts. If you have other questions about the exam, please email certification@qlik.com

You can ask to reset number of attempts using the official email certification@qlik.com.

It was tested and support team replied in 1 day.
